Custom packs, rebuilds and repairs — cell choice, fusing and fitment worked out with you before anything gets welded. High-drain cells when you want torque, high-capacity when you want the miles, and an honest answer about which one your riding actually needs.
Every pack is spot welded, fused per group, tested for capacity and logged before it goes back in the board. If yours has a fault rather than a design problem, we will try to fix it first.
Wiring, custom looms, controller configuration and fault-finding on VESC-based builds. Correct gauge for the current, routed clear of rail edges and heat, and limits set to your pack rather than left at defaults.

Designed for Luke Massey to take his XLV project into volume production — a folded sheet metal frame that swaps machined parts for stamped and bent stock, so units can be made in quantity rather than one at a time.

Awards for Shred the Shires 2026 and the medals for the EOL Finals. Multi-colour medals printed in batches with the artwork built into the part rather than stuck on afterwards, so nothing peels off a lanyard by the end of the day.
The trophies were printed on a Sonic Fusion 4K Mini, cleaned up and mounted on turned wooden bases.
One of them was hand painted as a special raffle prize, raising money for a local charity.
